Tiny.
I have neuropathy and these are way too small for me to use. I have to re-order something that's a little bit larger.

They don't look like much but they keep me from losing any earrings and they're worth it
I like clips on earrings because they keep the earrings from accidentally falling off. I have many pairs probably close to 100 but I love them all of them and I do not want to lose any due to falling out. These clips, ensure that the Earring stays in place they don't look like much but their purpose is to help you keep from losing earrings and they are worth it.

Comfortable, strong, easy to use; highly recommended.
I have arthritis and my hands are not limber like they used to be, and my vision prevents me from seeing fine detail of small objects. I have a lot of trouble manipulating jewelry and changed to these earing stops because I can use them by feel due to the shape. They are softer than other brands and easier to manipulate. Despite the ease in pulling them on and off the earing, they are strong and stay in place. HIghly recommended for everyone, and especially if you have any vision issues or arthritis.

Works fine
I prefer these earring backings over the more simple tiny cylindrical types as they’re easier to grasp. I need to use a backing on my wire type earrings because if I don’t I’m always losing one and sometimes the metal backs are too loose. These fit snuggly and it’s nice to have replacements as needed!

Love these
I use them for my business and they're just the best. They work wonderfully on 21 gauge hooks. I'm sure they would be great on all 20-22 gauge hooks! Great price for the quantity. Can't really beat that.

Tiny and fall right off.
These are tiny so if you have any hand impairments they are going to be very hard for you to hold onto and slip on. I push it as far up the wire to my ear as I can. The hole is so big it doesn't stay on a French wire at all. It slides right back off. I purchased a pair of wire earrings from Blue Nile the wire just slip thru your ear. I got these to keep the earring from falling out of my ear which it did the first time I wore them. I have short fine hair. I put two on each earring so if one back off I have a back up.
