I'm just finishing my second month and did not notice any changes. I emailed the manufacturer directly for some advice and all they said was to keep taking it and that they offered a 60-day trial and full refund. They directed me back to Amazon where I tried to get the refund and it says the item is not returnable and to contact the seller.

I hated that you have to buy 3 bottles before trying them. Followed as directed to take one 30 min before breakfast and 1 later in the day 30 min before a meal. It made me nauseous and sick. I gave them a try for a week. When I stopped using them all the sickness went away. I have been trying to return but Amazon has referred me to the manufacturer and I have not been able to get a response.

I had high hopes for these, but extremely disappointed! I suffer from very high cortisol levels and in the past 2 years have had zero luck losing weight no matter what I’ve tried. My stomach just seems to get bigger and bigger. After reading other reviews I really though this could be the answer but I’m calling BS!
