The Sleeping Voice (2011) (La voz dormida)

I love it

Like all films about the Spanish Civil War or indeed most war or war crimes films in general, one invariably gets a one-sided view, especially in the portrayal of the badies, in this film there are some quite grotesque nuns and priests. On the whole, though, what goes on in this particular story seems to be a reasonable reflection of reality except that the communists could do no wrong and no mention was made of their well-documented atrocities in the 'checas'. The acting, in some cases superb, was well above the present-day standard of most Spanish films and La Voz Dormida is worth watching for that alone.

Película muy bien ambientada y contada. Nos traslada las penas e injusticias de la época.

On imagine très bien à travers ce film ce qu'a été cette époque en Espagne et ce qu'ont du endurer les opposants au régime

non so dare una valutazione sul contenuto ma solo sulla spedizione (ho fatto un regalo non l'ho letto)..... spedizione sempre puntuale e perfetta ... come sempre!!!

Bien actuada, bien dirigida, bien escrita, bien lograda, una gran película, una buena y a la vez bonita historia de amor que transcurre en la dictadura de Franco en españa, una historia de amor entre hermanas, entre madre e hija y amor de pareja.
