I ordered one but it didn't work. Sent it back beginning of July and still waiting a replacement or refund.

Using a soundbar because of the poor quality sound from a flat screen TV. The remote just makes it more convenient to use.The remote was delivered to timescale and came with a button battery, which was exhausted and if I hadn't got a spare would probably have sent the item back as "faulty".

Excellent delivery service performs as good as the original remote.I would definitely recommend

There was nothing wrong with it, but I found my old one still worked, I returned it way back in May but still have not received my £25 refund
