Excellent product for beginners and professional users as well. I am using it since the past 5 months and it works like a charm. A bag containing, hand press, nuts for dumbbells, clips for barbells, skipping rope, and dumbbell rods was supplied. One 3 feet rod, One 5 feet rod very sturdy and heavy supplied. The weights are correct. It's PVC and I think there is concrete or sand filled in it. It has helped me build my body and come back in shape. I bought the 30 KG set. I am able to exercise at home and I am very happy about that. Product is excellent quality and value for money. The dubbell nuts are plastic make. I would request the company to provide aluminium or metal nuts for the dumbbells.

For beginners it's a value for money, also for everyone else because there's nothing wrong when a product is helping you with gaining muscles. I'm giving 4 stars because one thing that I didn't really liked about this product that it's weight plate size is a bit larger when compared with an iron plate, but still if you need iron plates then it'll cost you more than double. Lastly it's cool and I must say I got a best deal because all the equipments, rod, PVC plates were in a awesome condition with early delivery. Go for it.

The weights and rods are of decent quality and worth the price. Took two star for the cheap quality of nuts, hand gripper and jump ropes. The accessories are nothing like those shown in the pics. The grips are not even finished properly and still had a few splinters on them and you could whip yourself pretty bad if you missed a step on the jump rope.

Good quality. Can't find anything bad about the product at this price point. Weights are sand filled ... which is fine actually. All items as advertised by seller. Same as the pictures that other customers have put up. The curl rod and the 5 ft bar are of good quality and are solid (not hollow). Gym bag, skip rope, etc. accessories are ok quality. Would recommend for beginners to start with this set ... and later on Chrome weights can be added / bought separately as one builds strength. If they had given ring & vertical screw type locks for the bar and curl rod instead of the usual ones, it would have been really nice! Dumb-bell locks are fine (they have internal thread and though plastic, its good quality plastic).

Just received today and opened and I got the 1 piece of 2.5kg is been damaged whole parcel was good dusty Spring given for rod doesn't fit to rod size as diameter of rod me more than spring expansion Such a ridiculous product

It's good material

The weights, barbell rod, curl rod and the dumb bell rod are good quality. The Skip rope is adjustable. Got a pair of Hand grips (basic, wooden). The weight plates are not metal so they take a lot of width of the rod, so can have limited plates on the rob at a time. (hence good for beginners). Got a pair of gloves, essential when you increase the weights. Delivery was before time, which was great. They also carried the package to the 2nd floor in my house. Though the package was a bit wet.

The product is of low quality, as it is filled with sand and has some PVC plastic surface. It is not that strong as it seems online, barbells are a little strong thing but all the other parts are losse and weak. I received a broken dumbbell rod and they even say to self ship the product without covering shipping charges. I mean this is true bullishness, they have sent a damaged, broken product piece, and now saying that I'd have to self ship this to them. Cmon, I'd like them to be banned from Amazon. What is this? I have bought a 2000 Rs product, received it in bar damaged shape. And now I can't even send it back. Cmon.
