I’m a breast cancer survivor since 2002. I used a heart-shaped pillow like this following my mastectomy to fill the space left empty between the tissues removed from the breast and from the armpit. My American Cancer Society Reach for Recovery volunteer brought my heart-shaped pillow six weeks after my cancer surgery. I didn’t know I needed one until I got the pillow! It made a world of difference and brought so much comfort for months and months!In 2019 I had a Roux N Y gastric bypass surgery to 1) Eliminate that part of the stomach that makes stomach acid. I had already developed esophageal cancer in 2015, and fortunately it was early when found and was quickly treated. But not only was the acid reflux making me miserable for 40 years, the fear of it coming back was pretty awful. So I was thrilled to learn there was something that could be done. And 2) I needed to lose weight. When I had lost around 70 lbs, I regained that uncomfortable sensation of missing tissue between the breast and the armpit when I laid on my right side sleeping. I’m a side sleeper, and I tried filling that empty space with my hand but it wasn’t very comfortable. I had been thinking about getting another heart-shaped pillow for some time. Then one sleepless night, I finally searched for and ordered this one. It works very nicely for my purpose.And it would be a thoughtful gift for a woman about to have a mastectomy. No woman should have to wait 6 weeks like I did.So whether you’re getting this for comfort, like me, or to help a woman dealing with breast cancer, or just as something pretty, this is a nice pillow. It will need to be fluffed when you get it, because it is shrunk-wrapped for shipping.

This is a great decorative pillow. I’d say its worth it for the price, especially since I specifically wanted the blue color to match my room and that was hard to find in store. I like to use this pillow to sleep with at night and it’s the perfect size to replace a stuffed animal. Pro tip: the pillow comes in a vacuum sealed bag. To properly fluff it up to its full capacity, wash and dry it on a load of its own. It was extremely flat like the other reviewers were mentioning when I only put it in the dryer. But after putting in the washing machine AND dryer, it’s now the perfect amount of stuffed. It’s also so easy to clean by just throwing it in the wash. I would recommend this product.

This is my 3rd time getting this pillow, mainly because it’s a perfect pillow to use. When I got my 3rd one though, it was smaller than usually? Compared to my other 2 it’s like half the size which is confusing but it’s still comfy so I don’t mind really

My daughter isn't very fond of regular, large pillows for sleeping. She routinely will use this pink heart pillow at bedtime. This pillow has been through a lot of use for these past 2.5 years. It has never torn or become misshapen - not even after several times in the washing machine. My daughter is notorious for spilling milk and the like, so I have tossed this in the washer a handful of times and then just let it air dry over an AC vent, and it has suffered no damage. Good as new. I highly recommend and would definitely purchase again.

Brand new and the seam is already ripping. Also, I wasn’t aware that it wouldn’t come as a fluffy pillow. It came vacuum sealed, very tightly in a small plastic bag. I thought it would air out over a few days but after letting it sit it didn’t air out any more. It’s lumpy as well. Overall super poor product.

This heart pillow works for me. I wouldn't exactly call it small. Put it in the dryer on low heat along with a wet towel and it plumped up nicely to its full size and got rid of any wrinkles. Looks lovely on the recliner in my sitting room. Very happy with this purchase.
