This little computer is fantastic. Fanless and very quiet, built very rugged. I ordered the 16GB RAM 256GB SSD version and it boots up within seconds, lightning quick. It came from China but delivery was relatively quick, I am very pleased with this. Don't waste your money on a Dell or HP, these are brilliant and at only 25W maximum output, very eco friendly. I don't like using smart TV's so I use this to drive my 4K UHD TV, gives way more options than the TV would and seamless outputIt's worth noting that the listing says the resolution is 3200 x 2000, having looked at the spec of the Intel 4400 chip and then tested it out after buying I can confirm it can actually handle full 4096x2160 4K UHD. It also has USB 2 and USB 3 ports for fast speed transfer peripherals. Highly recommend

Arrived quickly and on time. Gave it a few hours to get to room temperature, plugged it in and it worked straight out of the box. Picked up my network etc and I was loading with my software within 5 minutes. It is silent (no fan), fast to boot up with SSD and is quick for an i5 processor. Small footprint but with lots of connections. Metal case and heatsink top, it is well screwed together and appears very robust. I don't think you can do better for the price. All in all a great little computer that will meet the average users needs completely. I look forward to many years use.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am not technically minded, so won't go into any detailed review of the performance as others can do this far better, however, the machine meets/exceeds my expectations. It is, as advertised, 100% silent and looks and feels well made. It was a breeze to set up, taking only minutes and works like a dream. I love the minimalist look and the fact it takes up only a tiny footprint on my desk.The seller's communications before, during and after the sale were excellent with messages answered promptly. I contacted him via Amazon to request bluetooth be added to the spec and this was done at very minimal charge via a PayPal transfer. The refund of the customs duty was made very quickly once I had provided a copy of the receipt.Given my experience with this purchase I have no hesitation in recommending this product and this seller and intend to use them again myself if I am in the market for another pc.

Absolutely fantastic service after buying this brilliant little PC.The item was delivered to me so much faster and earlier than advised, I could hardly believe when it arrived from China in just 6 days!As for the computer itself, it’s a lovely looking little device; has excellent specifications for a home computer; is incredibly quick to Boot Up; is completely silent in use; has ample connectivity ports; seems absolutely perfect for small business use.I am very impressed and expect that I will enjoy many years of trouble free, fast computing. This machine makes my 3 year old Computer seem steam-powered!Thank you. Definitely 10 out of 10 on this one.

OK I got this because of all the reviews etc and I was having a few problems with my five year old lenovo idea centre , where to begin i have had it on for just over 3 hours ,so this is first impressions only it has crashed twice with a black screen leaving programs ,it has a sdd drive installed and 16 GB ram but it is slower then my 5 year old lonovo that cost 199:00 UK pounds , very disappointing it took a age to install kodi and then it crashed 6.1 version and 8.3 this is not a great start ,I understand this is a little box but cost over 400 quid so far I have not been wowed with it and at this rate it will be returned as so far the performance is not good ,I expected a lot better for the price ,maybe I am being to harsh but I already feel that this will be going back if only my lenovo ,was not on the way out ,but nothing lasts forevere

In the past, I have bought many components from China and we know the standards compared to Europe say.But this pc product is spot on and very good. KINGDEL 4K HTPC, NUC, Windows 10 Nettop with Intel i5-4200UI am very happy pleased with this purchase. Up and running within minutes / I used to have a large noisy pc, (new I built) but this is very compact and no noise.Looks good/ Great support from this supplier cnkingdel, replied within hours, again very goodI ordered on the 7th and arrived and it arrived 15th . I week delivery. How about that for service.They refunded import tax from the order to compensate within a day. Got the cashBig 5 stars for me and will update this review in a year – if allowed.

I bought this 3 months ago and waited before reviewing to see how it went. It's been the best computer I've ever owned, so fast to start up, no fan so silent running (the casing will get hot because of this depending on the programmes you're running so be aware but I didn't notice any drop in usability). It came within Win 10 included and also an old version of Office (2006) which I uninstalled because I have a newer version but handy if you don't have one already yourself. There is very limited unnecessary software installed (unlike the big manufacturers who load them up with so much rubbish) which is a breath of fresh air.It is in the description but because it's coming from outside EU you will have to pay tax when it arrives which for me amounted to £20 odd quid but seller refunded me that cost immediately. I notice the one bad review here mentions this as a problem but somewhat unfairly I think as it is explicitly mentioned you will have to do this.
