Good product, but shady return process
The scooter is pretty nice and has some good speed. My issue is with the company. I was sent a used scooter that was damaged and when I tried to send it back, they played a game and sent an unusable shipping barcode to me. I was disappointed in the return process.

Pray it works perfect. Otherwise contacting caroma customer service is useless.
I bought it on the 1st and got it back three days later. It was defective, front tire crooked causing it to rub against the brake disc making a loud sound making the scooter feel forced and braked. Request a return, return approved BUT They Never shipped the label to send it back. They wanted to avoid the return because “it is a big and heavy box and shipping may be difficult” They told me. Going back and forth with me saying it doesn’t look crooked… I’m the one ridding it so I know better!! Otherwise, it seems to be a good product. It's a shame I got the defective one. Do not recommend buy for 3th parties and if you do, make sure it is ship thru Amazon.
