The instructions for this device are terrible, but once you get it figured out it works fine. Alignment issues and sizing are a problem, but once you figure out the quirkiness of the machine, it works fine. I would definitely pay extra for one that has clearer instructions, and is less temperamental. Trying to advance the tape to get another label often times results in the machine unraveling the entire roll. If I had to do it over again, I would just pay more for a better device.

Don't dislike anything about what this products capable of performing...works well no quality concerns...100% recommend this product!

This item broke after about two months it doesn’t really work to the full standard but it does work if you’re just doing a few receipts here and there

The product itself is not too bad but the app thag is suppose to help you out wasn't working on my smartphone and the instructions could be better.
