Well made, simple operation
Purchased these for a 3-day ride with wife. These are the lightest communications (COMMS) I've seen on the market for sale. Installation was very easy, fitting nicely inside a 3/4 helmet with face shield. Being self contained, there is no part of the COMMS that attaches to the exterior. The voice carries clearly and crisply via Bluetooth. Operation is by single button, pressed in certain ways to activate certain features. Read the instructions several times, and with a little practice it will all make sense and become simple. The max battery life with the COMMS open for continuous operation is about 6 hours. The way to extend battery life is to disconnect the pairing of the COMMS, and reconnect when you really have something to say. I'm unsure at this time what the battery life using this method is at this time. Overall, I'm pretty impressed and happy with the battery life, considering it's such a small one.My only change, other than maybe a bigger battery, is the sound levels. It gives you three, but to be TRULY effective for overcoming the wind and loud pipe noise of a Harley - it needs a fourth higher level. Give me that, and you have a truly superior product.

Great customer support and perfect for my needs.
The sound quality is decent, highway speeds affect it noticably though. The microphone isn't bad at all, mine works better without the foam. I do have to repeat commands constantly, it could be the need to support Google Assistant better. The ear pieces were too wide in diameter to fit in my Shoei RF1200, I had to enlarge the speaker cut outs in the helmet to make it fit. They advertise long battery life, mine lasts about 2.5 - 3 hours.Update: I've had this for several months now and I'm very happy with it. I've even taken a couple phone calls while riding and while I couldn't always hear what was said because of wind noise, the other callers said they could hear me alright. It works great for connecting to my phone and using Google maps for instructions, using Google to send a text or just playing music. Recently the plastic by the charging port on the microphone broke (see the photo) and I had to tape it to keep it on. I emailed the seller over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they responded and said they would send out a replacement, which they did that same day. Great customer service wins me over every time and the Rep, Eline, has earned 5 stars for hers.If you're looking for something that just connects to your phone, I would say definitely give this consideration. It's worth it.

Easy to Install
I liked the style of the unit which fit into my helmet perfectly.I liked the small battery area and button control which was user friendly and easy to locate. The sound quality was very good for the price paid but at 50+ mph I cannot hear a phone conversation but in all fairness my helmet is 3/4 size which is open front. A conversation may be clearer with a full helmet.

Works as well or better than expected
As expected the sound quality is useable but not very good for music. However the sound quality for phone calls is great. I wear an open face helmet with no fairing or windshield and have great conversations at 80 mph. I haven’t had the opportunity to test battery life since I usually only travel 45 min each direction to work.

Great product
Works straight out of the box, no messing around. It was already charged and ready to go. Turned it on, opened bluetooth on my phone and there it was. sinc it and started playing music right away.

Didn't connect to phone
The headset wasn't compatible with the other headset to allow for easy conversation during ride.
