Game Changer
These tablets have changed my life for the better...My hot flushes were terrible and were ruining my life. Since taking them, I have certainly notice a big difference, my mood has improved and my hot flushes have disappeared...It took about a week to start working for me.

Hot flushes gone..6days of taking !!!
I RARELY write reviews but feel compelled since these have been a game changer. Having been on HRT for a number of months my hot flushes were affecting everyday life and hadn’t been abated using the HRT. I decided nothing to lose, came off the HRT and started these 6days ago. The hot flushes were less frequent 2 days in, to a point now that on day 6 I haven’t had any for a couple of days. Obviously everyone is different and potentially won’t work for everyone, but these have genuinely worked for me so would recommend giving them a try !

Easy to swallow. No adverse reactions. However I'm taking it to see if it will help with hot flushes from menopause. As yet after about two weeks, I haven't noticed a change unfortunately.
