This is a premium product. Each capsule contains both spirulina and chlorella making it a more convenient way of taking these healthy supplements. I don't get sick very often and attribute this to taking spirulina and chlorella over the years. I used to get ill at the change of every season and picked up colds and flu once or twice a year. I can honestly say that on the rare occasion that I do get a cold I get over it very quickly. This is the first time I have tried this product and so far so good.

These have great health benefits and I love the fact they are not loaded with chemicals. Not the easiest capsule to swallow but not the largest I’ve seen. I take two daily and have found my immune system has improved. Had a cold sore for just 7 days and it wasn’t as bad as I usually get them. Cold virus hardly get those hanging on for days so yes will continue to use this product

Again one of those products that has a good sales pitch, but after taking them for sometime, really hard to see what the benefits are. Will have to re-research again to see what the gains are. This stuff is suppose to be really good for you?? Hmm.
