Mr. Fireglass 1/2-Inch Polygon Fire Glass for Fireplace Fire Pit & Lanscaping, 10 Pounds High Luster Aqua Blue

I wanted a glass substrate for my aquarium. Something large enough my goldfish wouldnt eat them and smooth enough for my mollies(and any other fancy fishies we get later) fins, enter ploygon shaped fire glass. Online the reflective looks better, but I was concerned about chipping paint in my fishes gills so I chose the grey nonreflective glass. Right now in my 58 gallon tank I'm watching my fish and water closely. We just moved so theres no telling if these could cause a chemical issue for the next 4-6 weeks because with moving I'm concerned about my bacteria cycle being enough. Obviusly I take their health seriously so I made sure to rinse and scrub these thoroughly. I saw no signs of paint chipping they appear to be dyed solid which I found comforting so I put them in my tank. They look amazing, but I underestimated my tank size and need more. Next month I'll be ordering more after I've had a chance to really watch my water. If my water parameters stay good I may have found my new favorite substrate for all my tanks. They glitter and shine light through them and just look incredible underwater. Unfortunately my good camera is still packed so I cant show you yet, but I'll find it by my next order and update this

Wonderful product. Delivered in a timely manner. The glass us beautiful and the quality is more than expected. We love the diamond cut, with no jagged edges. We haven't been able to use it much yet, because of rain. But we purchased 2 other brands and this was the only one that sent the correct color! We would definitely recommend this seller. Our fire pit came with clear fire rock and I wanted a little more color to match the beach theme. The color is bright and the sizes are good, matched perfectly with the clear fire rock. I noticed that both colors turned brown after burning for a long time, but just a few rocks, not all, maybe 4-5 rocks, so I wiped the brown with a damp cloth and they looked brand new. Love the real color.

The glass reflected light well and color pretty and was just slightly darker then I thought it would be. I had thought it would have have sharper edges and this made it look a little like plastic up close but overall it looks very good. I wanted to convert my gas log to fire glass to update the look. If you thinking about this take out everything first. It turned out the stand for the log was permanently attached and is raised so I had to make a pile of the ice rocks to cover it. And the pipe with the gas only had holes for that looks fine with the logs but a little odd with the fire glass. I am going back to the gas logs and maybe I can use the fire glass on the patio.

Gorgeous color, but the glass nuggets that come in direct contact with the flame, darkens within the first few fires.

We used this as a final top layer in our fire pit. They look great. Good rock form and good color.

Bought this along with some other colors to use in an Aquarium. Looks great with the led lights.

Much nicer than I expected. They updated our gas logs without looking ultra modern.

They are awesome. Colour is perfect and they hold the heat and flame nicely. Can’t wait for the weather to be warmer so I can enjoy my fire table.

these crystals are perfect. They are shaped and look like diamonds ...big diamonds. super happy with their appearance. Not broken pieces of glass like many others.
