These are small and slim and fit nicely into a small lunch bag without taking up too much room. I use all three to keep food cool for several hours (in a tightly-closing insulated bag). I also love that they're small and thin so I can keep them in the door of my freezer for easy access and they don't take up a lot of room. Cleanup is super easy - I spilled some soda on one and I just washed it with a sponge and regular dish soap and let it air dry before putting it in the freezer and it was fine.Overall, these fit nicely in lunch bags without taking up too much room and have good cooling power and I certainly recommend them.

I used these ice packs in my lunch box my lunch box is very small. I had them in the freezer for 2 weeks. I used them in my lunch box for the first time today. It's a good thing that I ate my lunch early! Three hours and the ice packs were completely thawed. They were barely cold anymore.
