Great mug pity about the lid
I love this brand and my mug. It keeps my coffee hot and spill free. Unfortunately after 6 weeks the lid was dropped and it broke. Can I get a replacement lid? I am disappointed that the lid would break so easily and very quickly.

The thermocup is of very high quality, holds the temperature perfectly and has never leaked in almost half a year. Just learn how to open and close the lid correctly, and you will be delighted with this cup.

Magnificent Mug
Magnificent Mug! It is heavy and solid. Best spill/leak proof lid I have seen in 8 decades. This is a key feature for me. Great insulation: hot stays hot a long time; ice stays ice for much longer. I really wanted to rate 4.85, but rounded to a full 5. The opening through which one drinks is small, and there is virtually NO "sippy" ledge/section. VERY easy to scald lips/tongue with hot drinks. It is a learnable skill but for new users - Be Careful! By day 2 you have adapted, and can sip hot coffee, carefully.
