Traditional Hallway Runner Rug for Everyday Use, 7'10" x 9'10" ( 94 inch x 118 inch), Soft Touch, Lightweight, Ocean Blue (Greenish)

Seriously-- just over the moon about this rug. I'm a single mom of two, so I'm on a super tight budget. We just moved into a place with laminate floors and really needed a rug. I had $100 to spend, and pretty much thought I was going to be stuck with something small or a design I didn't really like. I really wanted a persian inspired design and this fit the bill, but was somewhat weary. In fact, a lot of the rugs on Amazon under $100 had reviews that complained about the thickness and quality. I really like this design though, so I took a chance. It arrived really quickly-- within 4 days.I was pretty surprised to see how it was packaged. I expected a big box, but it was just wrapped in plastic-- which had multiple tears in it. I found absolutely no damage on the rug after rolling it out. It rolled out almost completely flat right away. I ordered the 8 x 10, so maybe I didn't have that problem because it was bigger/heavier. It's kind of thin, but this isn't an issue for me at all. I'm planning to buy a rug mat in the future, but just so it stays in place. No, it's not the best quality rug you can buy, but it certainly doesn't look cheap. The colors are beautiful, and the design is really nice. I think I like it even better in person. It added so much character to my living space. I'm really enjoying it a lot. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

When I started looking through all of the area rugs, this pattern and color pallet immediately grabbed my attention. I knew this one was the right one for me. This area rug looks absolutely amazing in my dining room and definitely gives the "wow" factor. The colors are true and when you look at it close up you can see each color patch has multiple colors in it so the colors are not flat; they have some depth.When I read other reviews I saw a lot of people saying it was thin, so I took a picture so you can see what "thin" means. I bought this rug to go under my dining room table and I think the low profile works perfectly for that need (see photos).The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the smell. I have had it laid out on my floor for 5 days now and the strong chemical odor is still there.I am also trying to figure out how to get the ripples out of the rug from being rolled up. If anyone has technique they could recommend, please reply to this post. Thanks!

I purchased three of these rugs -- a hall runner, a smaller rug for the living area, and a very large one for the children's play area. I wanted the rugs to match. These were perfect for my needs. I like that they are purportedly stain resistant, but only time will reveal whether this is an accurate description. There will be some ridges in the carpet initially because of the way it's packed for transport, but hopefully it will flatten better as time goes on. It doesn't really detract from the rugs attractiveness. The colors are true to the picture and are quite lovely. I also like that it's low pile, not high or shag. This will make it far easier to vacuum. Additionally, there is a softness to the rug that actually feels lovely on my bare feet. The only thing that I was uncertain of was the sizing as listed by the seller -- which is inaccurate. For example: The seller lists the runner as being 1'11" x 6'11", but the rug's label states 2x7. Why not just say 2x7, since that is the actual size (?).

First let me start off by saying that the price was amazing. Not sure if it will stay at $109 forever, but for the size i thought it was great. The product came very quickly via USPS. It was packaged well, but be prepared for the bottom edge of the packaging to be worn down if the person delivering it had dragged it for a while. I took off a star because the Ocean Blue was not the right color at all. It was too heavy and bulky for me to even bother sending it back, so i made it work. The color is like a green instead of a blue. I wanted a teal type color and felt the other color combinations in the rug would fit the style i was going for. Imagine my shock. The pics are attached also. It is very big and perfect for what i intended and there were no damages to it. I'm still glad i made this purchase because similar items were going for 3-4 times this price. Amazon comes through again!

I was somewhat hesitant to purchase this rug due to the price - $40?? How could it possibly be any good (decent quality, etc.), but it had many positive reviews, and I didn't want to spend a lot on one because I already have a$200 rug in my family room that needs to beprofessionally cleaned. And I really liked the colors of the rug - it would go well with my decor, and the size was right. Well I'm glad I didpurchase it. I'm pleased with the rug, itworks well in the room. It is still wavy (from being rolled up), and the rugs thinness I believe, but hopefully it will get better with time. Inaddition, it covers the cold tile floor of the room making it more comfortable for me and the dogs, esp. in the fall and winter. Great rug for the price!

I was initially hesitant to order this rug due to the lack of reviews (at the time, there was one good and one bad). Since Amazon has always made returns safe and easy I decided to take a gamble. For the price, I didn't expect anything fantastic, but rather good enough. The rug came well wrapped in layers of plastic. I laid it out on the floor and it looks exactly as pictured, texture and all. The colors are excellent (not faded or worn as some of the reviews implied). It is a thin rug, but I don't think it is cheaply made. I think the thinness was by design. I have it laying on tile floor and it does not slide or seem to need a backing. You could use a backing to add thickness if you wanted. I laid on the rug to watch a movie last night and it was comfortable (though again, the thinness made it cold on the tile). I think it was a great purchase and highly recommend it. Especially for this price.
