We have bought at least 5! They are great! Easy to install. You don’t have to be a HVAC to do it.

Don't buy junk
Comes with insufficient refrigerant. So awful. Actually my second unit because the first leaked and we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. The installer said roughly 5 percent of these units are duds with not enough refrigerant. That is a hell of a lot of effort to install. Imagine trying to return this junk. Pioneer, if you want me back send me a tech to fix this. At this point I advise everyone to stay away. A completely worthless device and a company who does not care about quality.

Will Not Recommend a Pioneer Product Again
I bought this mini split AC because of the ratings. I had to replace the inside unit after 25 months. 13 months after installing the replacement it started leaking. No help from Pioneer. I have since purchased a different brand.
