lightweight
product as described but the 'catch' isnt as good as you might like. installed on a ceiling as a loft hatch. time will tell how good. but if you can use a proper hatch i would go for that. i got this as i needed the specific size. does the job.

A big waist of money
Very poor quality also very not worth its money can’t send back as it’s already been fitted but I will have to change as I would call this a peace of waist of money 😡😡😡
