I am flushed with happiness!
Great, complete kit. Makes the project very neat and finished. Definitely the way to go in a finished wall! I've installed two of these now, and highly recommend it!

Worked fine for a flush mount installation.
This worked fine to flush mount my 10-circuit Reliance transfer switch. The instructions describe mounting on a single side and use the other side flange as a "wing" under the drywall, which would work, but I made a more solid mount by adding a true one inch wood spacer on the wall studs (16" on center) on either side, so both sides could be screwed down. I use 5/4" deck plank to make the spacers. The included conduit is a little longer than the piece that comes with the transfer switch, which is what I needed and used. Recommended!

You really need this item if you install your Transfer switch in the wall.
I think some photos of the item would help figure out how it works. It makes the job look very good.

Clean Look
A must if you want to flush mount. I installed two custom cut studs between my existing 16oc studs so I could use supplied brackets to support 'both' sides of my A510C. Kit instructions say to mount only on one side. Uhh...that's too much weight one one in my opinion. Brackets are adjustable to the thickness of drywall you're using. Pre-plan bracket off-sets when tightening to unit. Once mounted to studs, you can't adjust after that point. Comes with a longer flex conduit than what you get with the A510C. Also comes with a couple more flex connectors, in addition to what's with transfer switch. Clean look and I'm happy. Pictures are during install to final drywall look.
