I bought two of these and was very happy with the looks of the roman shades. One shade though completely rolled down because of a defect in the roller these shades are not adjustable, you can not roll it back up and rehook it I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new one so service is very good but be careful because there is a defect in some but the company handled it very well

Happy with purchase overall. Shades look good and work as intended. Easy to install with a drill on hand. Took off a star due to one of the two shades ordered breaking within hours of installation. I suspect the inside spring mechanism broke - shade was unable to rise. Happened without manipulation, I was in the next room and heard it collapse. Seller, however, was fantastic in quickly shipping a replacement. Hoping the remaining shades hold up. Admittedly afraid to raise and lower them too often for fear of breaking them.

Would not recommend. I originally ordered 6 total. Two of them were broken upon arrival and would not roll up, but they looked really nice so we returned the two for replacements and installed. Within a month I already have 2 more that have broken and won't roll up. So of the 8 total I have had in my possession, 4 have been defective. At this point I guess we will just clip the broken ones up and look for a better solution.

I actually LOVE it; however, the raise/lower mechanism did not work properly. I had to return it. I think if they could get new mechanisms for the raising and lowering, it would be a great shade. The shade is absolutely awesome. Lovely fabric and well made.

Love these curtains! They fit perfectly in my new master bathroom. The curtains are easy to pull up and down and virtual go up on their own! They’re awesome! No cords can be seen and they are easy to install.

This product is thin and has a pull handle that can be seen from the outside looking into the window from exterior. So far it works fine, looks good from the interior when raised to the top but when pulled completely down it looks like a sheath of fabric without any scallops. It does darken the room sufficiently.

These are fantastic! Super easy to install, very nice price as well. They really keep out all the light as well, we would definitely buy them again!

Beautiful pattern and fabric. May have to return because you can only secure from the back, meaning we would have to drive through our window to make this work. Would be perfect if this allowed for securing at the top
