Beautiful Christmas decorations but one broken!
We've bought similar Rader houses for my wife and myself as well as my daughters when we've been in Berlin. I wanted to buy some more as a lovely memory of my wife as she died this year and ordered 3, one each for my daughters and one for me. They arrived today and they are great, except that one was completely smashed. I've got to go through the returns procedure for the broken one and the delivery is now 1-2 months as well as the price going up by £6. I would like to give the product 5 stars as they are so lovely but with breakages, slow redelivery and a 25% increase in the price it only gets 3 stars.
