Artec360 Rabbit Needle Felting Kits 4" - Needles, Finger Guards, Black High-Density Foam Mat, Instructions

I bought this product to enhance my skills at needle felting. I fell in love with the adorable little rabbit on the swing and couldn’t wait to try it out. I was not disappointed! The kit was fun to do, and my rabbit turned out quite lovely. I received enough roving to easily finish the project and the wool was a very fine quality. In fact, it was a better quality than I have received in other more expensive kits that sell based on a famous name. The needle set also was great - instead of receiving just one type of needle, You actually receive 3 needles, and they are different gauges. One for your basic duty felting, then next is your all purpose, and you even get a fine gauge needle for your final touches to the piece. Also a Foam mat to work with, which is usually never included in a kit at this price point. What a great deal and a wonderful kit. I certainly will be buying again from this vendor and more of these kits as gifts for friends! This Kit is great for both beginners and experience needle felters.I have included a couple of pictures for you - one of me making the kit itself and then another of all great goodies that come in the kits themselves. I bought multiple kits so you will see them there, but you can clearly see the packaging, the needles and foam pad and finger pads you will receive. Enjoy!

I have never done felting before but always wanted to try. This kit was easy to follow, good pictures, and all the tools you need are included.Great price compared to some other kits I looked at. If you are a first time felter give it a try.Nice quality wool also.

The instructions were poor and hard to follow even with the pictures.

So much fun to make. I added a tiny bit of pink for the nose and ears, but it didn’t need it. This was my first kit and first time felting and it turned out great. SUPER CUTE packaging. They include a gift bag in case you are ordering it as a gift. Added a few more tools then another set I tried.

This is the first needle felting I have ever done. This kit by itself is NOT for a beginner. The directions are ‘kind of’ in English, but there isn’t enough detail if you don’t know what you are doing. I had to watch a lot of YouTube videos to figure out how to even get started. Also even though the finished rabbit shows a pink nose, there was no pink roving included (I used a colored pencil and a small amount of the white to get the pink). Overall I was able to figure it out, but if you are just beginning you could just buy a starter kit with a foam block, roving, and needles and follow a tutorial on YouTube. Or if you are in love with this rabbit, buy it (it is inexpensive) and watch lots of videos like I did. :)

Terrible kit and is not for beginners at all. The item description claims it’s for beginners and is in “pure English”...that right there should have told me all I needed to know. The instructions are awful, poorly worded and not in clear English. There is no guideline/pattern for measuring the scale or size of each piece, so you have no idea how much roving to use when making each part so that you can get appropriate size and firmness. I am a beginner and had to guess, I gave up as a result of this kit.There is no labeling of what size needle is which or what to use for what.This made for a very frustrating experience for my first time needle felting.I wanted to try my hands with something new and an affordable kit (to see if I even like needle felting before investing in more expensive items)... this was a total flop. If you’re a beginner don’t buy this.
