Product Description Wasgij Mystery 8: The Final Hurdle is an entertaining and hilarious 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The image on the box depicts the London’s famous Tower Bridge, with a horde of athletes from all over the globe approaching their final hurdle of the gruelling Team Marathon in the London Games. With the end almost in sight, the tourists are keen to capture this historic moment on camera. But what could possibly spoil the athlete’s glorious finish and result in front page news… for all the wrong reasons? Use your imagination and the clues provided on the box, to piece together what is going to happen next in the scene. Wasgij Mystery is the ‘what happens next?’ puzzle concept where puzzlers have to use their imagination to piece together what is going to happen next in the scene. The finished puzzle measures 68 x 49 cm (approximately) and the entire jigsaw has been produced using a high quality cardboard and precision die-cutting techniques to ensure every jigsaw piece maintains its original shape time and time again. So why is Wasgij so popular? With traditional jigsaws the puzzler builds the image that they can see on the box. With Wasgij they have to build an image that is different to that shown on the box. Although we give a few clues, Wasgij really challenges the puzzler to use their imagination. Put that together with great drawings and pictorial humour and it is no surprise that Wasgij has topped the jigsaw puzzle charts for so many years. This fabulous Wasgij Mystery jigsaw puzzle has been produced by Jumbo’s artist - Graham Thompson. Graham’s brilliant sense of humour shines through each of his Wasgij Mystery puzzles, and is the reason behind the Wasgij brand’s massive fans base. Box Contains 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle

A very enjoyable challenge
We spent hours on this. At times exasperating but totally clever and a great time filler. Recommend for either one person with a lot of patience, two to share the enjoyment or the whole family to enjoy hours helping each other through the challenge.

It's great!
I must confess that I'd never seen or heard of Wasgij's before. I ordered three for my Mum for Christmas - they arrived very quickly and we've already managed to complete two of them. Don't let the fact that you haven't got a picture worry you ...

something a bit different from a normal jigsaw
I love the wasjigs - but this was not my favourite. I think it was quite difficult compared to others that we have done - so if you like a challenge, give this a go. Very topical picture for the Olympics too!
