I really enjoyed the book
I really enjoyed the book. I would have preferred the processor be an "Arduinio". I used the book to learn the Insectronic robot basics. I Used my 3D printer to duplicate the aluminum parts, and plan to convert to the Arduinio for a processor. As of now I only have the frame with the servos complete. Next part will be mounting and programming the Arduinio Nano or Uno.

but there are some good ideas in here
Currently I haven't dove into building anything out of this book, but there are some good ideas in here. I was just looking to build general experience and knowledge on hobby robotics and this fits the bill.

Good.
Shipping was good enough. And the book is in a good condition too. I guess there is nothing more that one has to wait from a book. Thanks.

A good book
It is a good book with details about the project. Anyway, it could have more projects in the same book.

Build this badboy
None better. The book is laid out so you complete building steps in stages. Every piece is diagramed and dimensioned. If you can cut and drill this book will get you up and walking. The later chapters provide enhancements such as a gripper and how to hookup radio control.Karl Williams has taken a complex topic and done an excellent job of distilling it to very usable directions.

Meh
Bought this book for robotic ideas in my machine design class. It is a little outdated, but made for an interesting read
