THE BEST postop bra!!
This is by far the most comfortable postop bra I bought! I tried 5 different kinds of post operative bras plus the one my surgeon gave me and this one blew the others out of the water! It’s airy, soft, and doesn’t pinch anywhere. I love the adjustable straps and that it isn’t a racerback.Even my surgeon asked where I bought it because they were impressed with the quality.I bought two of each color.Highly, highly recommend!

very nicely made, high quality
I was pleased with the quality of this post surgical bra. Very nicely made, quality stitching, good compression. There is a small amount of padding under the cups, and around to the sides, but not in the cups. Unfortunately, for me, the underarm was cut lower than I needed, and I had to return. I needed support higher up on the underarm. I still give it a 5 stars, because it was very nice.

Comfort Stretch Softness, Yes, But....
The picture can lie...that is not how the bra fits on you especially if you in upper C cups and higher. After I put it on..adjusting everything and I go about doing things...I guarantee you in 20 mins or less this thing will end up hiding underneath the girls..causing the girls to droop. Then you have to readjust them over and over again... Wear this out? NOPE...Home and around the house only? YES!!!! Meanwhile it is super comfy, no doubt!

Did not work for me as a post-lumpectomy/reduction bra
This bra was a no go for me and ended up being returned. I'm a bit thicker than the model in the photo so the sides of the bra did not slant down to the elastic as dramatically as shown; instead, they were more like the sides of a regular bra. Unfortunately, that placed the edge of the bra so that it rubbed right up against the incision from my lymph node removal.Sizing... I figured for a 38D/40C plus post-surgery swelling and bought a 2XL per the size chart - the fit was fine everywhere but the cups which were too big. So even with the padding - which is minimal - and the band on the smallest/tightest closure, there was no support at all. I had a lumpectomy and oncologic breast reduction so support is a must. I can say, however, that the band was nice and wide and stayed put without rolling up so that was a plus. I have to note here that I had a similar problem with the bra I ended up keeping but the cup size isn't as large plus that bra has more/better padding for support. The worst thing for me, however, was the fabric. Rather than your typical shape- or athleticwear fabric, this bra felt like swimsuit material. Gross, slippery, I-couldn't-stand-to-touch-it material. Reading back over the description, I see now that it's infused with Vitamin E micro capsules so that might account for the slick feeling, but that is NOT for me.These are all problems that are specific to me and my surgery as well as my sensory integration issues. They might not apply if your surgery did not include lymph node removal (i.e., cosmetic vs oncologic) and the fabric doesn't bother you. I don't want to dissuade anyone from buying this product. I just like to provide all the details I can to help other people make decisions.

Very comfortable
Purchased to wear after a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction. This is the 3rd compression bra I’ve tried and it’s been the only one with adjustable straps. It fits just right and the band on the bottom doesn’t roll after wearing it for a while. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the straps are difficult to adjust and have a weird, very wide, thick, round shape where they adjust that’s wider than the rest of the straps. This piece of the strap doesn’t lay flat if you adjust the strap to the shortest setting and digs into my shoulder joint.Even so, it’s the most comfortable compression bra I’ve tried.

Wonderful Bra
If you need a front closing bra due to medical procedures. This is it. Comfortable. Easy to put on. Material is nice. Adjustable. Comfortable.

NOT MEANT FOR BREAST AUGMENTATION!!
This was a cute bra with deep cleavage , but I’m a 34DD post op and I ordered a size Medium. At first I liked it . It didn’t take long for me to realize this was not a good compression bra and the band was loose. My husband stuck two fingers in the back of the bra under the band. I’m not a 32 either. My breast were not snug and it was more of a medium to light compression bra. Good compression bras for post op breast surgery shouldn’t have cleavage . Everything should be covered including your back . I returned it and with this being the 2nd bra from Amazon that did not fit for what it says it’s for.. I’ll pay the $50 for my P.S. office for another one of what they put on me after my surgery. I love this bra they supplied but I was trying to avoid the high price .

Five days post bilateral lumpectomy
5 days ago I had a bilateral lumpectomy, two masses - one malignant and one intraductal papilloma - removed from my chest. The bra the hospital sent me home with was great, except they only sent me with one. I have to have a specific kind of support and tightness for 7 days, all day and all night, but something that is still *just* stretchy enough to leave room to comfortably hold ice packs for a week straight, and as needed after. I also needed something that opened at the front, as well as at the shoulders because I can't quite lift my arms above my head yet, and my range of motion is limited. This bra checks all of those boxes and the padding only being on the side and very minimal is really comfortable.I am 5'2" and 108lbs,and roughly a 32B, with not a lot of beeast tissue at the top on my sternum, and very very thin. I ordered a size small, and am comfortably wearing it on the loosest setting on the clips, and the second tightest setting on the straps to leave room for the ice packs. I feel supported, and it's just snug enough to feel like I'm held and stabilized, without feeling constricted. All of the material is soft, with a good amount of stretch and hold. The one thing I can tell is that with prolonged wear, the cup areas will likely give out. But im not too concerned with prolonged wear, I just need a few weeks of recovery time. This met my needs exactly, is very comfortable, and is helping this whole surgery and cancer recovery experience much more tolerable already, and I've only had it for a day.Absolute 5 stars! I'll add some pictures when I feel a little better to be up and about.

Gentle and good quality.
I loved the quality and how it brings brests together. Very nice to the touch. I didn't like the top lining that is leaving a mark on my brest due to compression. Overall very comfortable and easy to adjust. I chose it to replace my surgical bra while I wash it, but it ended up being a better quality piece vs 100$ surgical one... and you can use it later for sports and other daily activities.

Could be better - Size S
The bra material is quite good, however it's extremely tight in the bottom, and the cup a bit loose.I have 250 ml implants (I didn't have much breast) and the cup is loose for me.So very tight in the bottom and large in the cup.The straps has is only 3 adjustments, I don't understand why they just didn't make the straps adjustable like the normal bras are.

Nothing good about it
The material, the fitting. Everyone's taste is different but I would not recommend it.
