I have been looking for a multifunctional recliner, and this one perfectly meets all my needs. Six massage points, combined with dual-zone heating, provide excellent comfort. The rocking design is very user-friendly, and a gentle rock is incredibly smooth. The chenille material is soft and comfortable to the touch. The dark gray color is stylish and complements various home decor styles. Easy to assemble, feel a sense of security when lying on it. Perfect for lunch break, TV watching, or just relaxing, definitely worth the purchase.

I would give less than one star if possible. This product is a total rip off. I bought two for Christmas presents, one for my aging mother and one for my son to put in his baby’s nursery. The pictures and some of the reviews made me believe it was a good product when in fact they are actually very cheaply made costly hunks of garbage. I honestly cannot find anything good about them. The heat and massager are an absolute joke. The size is ridiculous. Worst of all It’s extremely difficult to pull out the leg rest even for a strong person - so my mother was obviously unable to use hers at all. My son wanted me to return his too because he is worried about trying to pull out the leg rest with a sleeping baby but he hesitantly said he’d keep his in order to save me the hassle of returning both. I returned the one for my mother. I was told I would get a full refund, except that didn’t happen, the shipping was almost the cost of the chair. So do yourself a favor and do not get fooled the way I was. Really consider all them star reviews because I can echo their findings. Do not waste your time, instead keep searching because this product is a complete waste of money and you’ll end up like me…. Highly regretting your purchase and out nearly $200 for the return shipping

This recliner is incredibly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The fabric feels soft and durable, and the dark grey color looks modern and stylish in my living room. The massage and heating features work great and make it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also love the smooth swivel and rocking motion, which feels very stable and quiet. Assembly was simple and took very little time to set up. Overall, this chair offers great quality, comfort, and value for the price.

Pros and cons... PROS: Very fast delivery, and wasn't too difficult to assemble. The directions could be improved on and the print was amazingly small. The fabric is pretty durable and its comfy. For the price range, it was what I was looking for. Cons: Over time I think you will feel the metal components under the cushions. It is very hard to push the footstool down to get out of the chair. I thought it was just me, but I had others try to get out of the chair. It's kind of comical. So I wouldn't recommend this chair for a parent putting a baby to sleep because getting out of the chair would be impossible!

Haven't had these put together for more than about a week. Thoughts so far. Use of assembly: relatively speaking these were fairly straightforward to assemble, no I didn't do the assembly a friend of mine did but I watched. No tools required which made it straightforward. Packaging. The innovative collapsing of the armrests, which really wasn't 100% necessary, but does allow them to fit it all in one box. It's lighter weight than my previous recliner and therefore having all-in-one box isn't as much of an issue anyway. Reclining ability is mixed. Instead of a traditional lever or toggle on the side of the chair there is a plastic ring on the inside of the right armrest. I feel the biggest reason for this is the folding aspect of the arms to collapse it slightly that it doesn't allow for an easy way of having that traditional lever. It takes a bit of force to actually get it to release and it's a bit of a trick because you have to be trying to push back on the back when you release it to get it actually released. It talks about having multiple positions but it's basically just what happens when you do that. We ordered two of them, one for me and one for my wife and there's been a few times where one of us will have to lift the others foot rest up because it doesn't go all the way up and the only way to redo it is to close it up, which means you have to slam your foot into it down because there's no way to close it otherwise and then try again. The massage and the heat are helpful. I have a bad back if I am in bed too long and I've been able to come out and sit in material and recline and turn on the back and shoulder massage and sometimes the lumbar heat and it helps my back ease the stiffness quickly. So that's a definite plus. The ability for it to swivel is a plus but unfortunately it doesn't lock in place when you're reclined so unfortunately and this is really just a annoyance is when one of the dog bumps the footrest it swivels the chair and if I don't have something to grab onto to swing back I have to put the foot down reset and then recline. Overall for the money it's a decent recliner or if nothing else a chair to be used without reclining very it is comfortable once you get into it but the caveat to that is it's light enough that when you sit down it will slide easily.

They are ok. I bought 2 and one does not slide smoothly. And when reclined they feel like will tip over but don't.

Muy cómodo y facil de armar, las instrucciones son claras, aunque uno de los portavasos llegó roto pero se pudo reparar, una buena opción.

Quisiera tener contacto con el fabricante , ya que está desarmado y está muy complicado armarlo, y la base está inestable probablemente es por que no lo puedo armar en forma correcta
