JURASSIC WORLD GRAB 'N GROWL INDORAPTOR Dinosaur

We got this for our son's Birthday. He loves all of the Jurassic movies. He plays rough with his toys and it still being together almost a year later with daily intensive play says something about a toy but that's not the best thing. This toy survived the bath tub. Now, had I known my 9 year old son was going to take this with him into the bath tub I would have stopped him. I honestly thought he knew better than to take it into the tub let alone get it wet. Apparently, he didn't. He took it into the tub then came crying to me because "It died mommy!" It stopped working... He cried and was completely distraught. He begged for a new one which I refused to do. Couldn't really take it apart to try to figure out what could be fixed. It made for a great lesson, don't take light up or talking toys into the bath tub. What I could hardly believe though was less than a week later it started working again. The eyes lit up and it started making sound again, I honestly couldn't believe it! This toy is very durable.

This figure only roars and the eyes light up when you squeeze his arms together. But it's really big, probably about 12in long and made of solid hard plastic. has good details and what made it great was getting a deal on it. I wouldn't pay full price for it but glad I got a deal.

As soon as I saw the price of this I purchased it ASAP. It’s for my toddler so even if it came defective I wouldn’t be mad for this price. It says out of the box but it came with the original package. The grab noise works great. What I noticed my toddler loves more is how moveable and articulated the raptor is, especially the “grab.”Great addition to his(our) growing Jurassic world Dinos.*EDIT TO ADD*Must so cheap because they are defective. The elbows do not bend at all. I didn’t know that till watching videos online.

I’m a 32 year old mom of three. I LOVE it! I haven’t even given it to the kids yet because it’s too fun. Makes creepy hissing and growling noises. The eyes light up. Stands alone.If I was going to complain at all it would be that the arms move in with a button to “grab” at something but don’t hold the position strongly enough so it can’t avrually hold on to lift things. But it’s definitely a hit! Best impromptu purchase this holiday season!

I bought one of these and when it came, one look at it and I was amazed. It looked awesome, and my son loved it. The fact that it made sounds and could "grab things" made it an instant hit. The design looks as fierce as in the movie and has a great paint job. It is well made except for the arms. The arms don't seem to bend at the elbows - at least I have not gotten them to do so because I am afraid of breaking them. I have tried to bend them multiple times and applied a good amount of pressure, and they do not seem to do so. It is also hard to get it to stand up as it is weighted so that it is top-heavy, but overall it is a great addition to our dinosaur stable.

The media could not be loaded. Even though it’s not listed as the Grab ‘N Growl Indoraptor that is definitely what this item is. It came in the original boxing with the plastic power tab in place. Once we pulled out the plastic tab it was powered up and ready to play with. All features work great! Grabbing action, growling sounds, and glowing eyes work perfectly. The arms do bend, but are extremely tight to begin with. We warmed up the elbow joints with a hair dryer and then slowly and carefully bent them. As we would bend and straighten the elbows gradually over time they got easier to manipulate. Our son was thrilled to get the toy he’s been asking for and we are thrilled it came in perfectly and works just as it suppose it.*the picture of the original boxing has rubber bands attached because our son wanted to be able to place it back in whenever he wanted*

This is a good toy. I didn't realize when I bought it that the tail moves and that it makes more than one sound, but those add to the fun. It seems to be pretty sturdy, too, much more so than some similar toys, and I think it will last a while before going extinct.
