Victor Cast Iron Round Griddle I

I have been trying to find a decent pan for cooking Indian flatbreads on an induction hob for last 5 years without success.till I bought this one.prompt arrival .fantastic results !I have been making pancakes and flatbreads without any oil and they turn out perfect.I am now planning to replace all my nonstick cookware with cast iron !

I have given this product only four stars because, despite the fact that I looked up instructions about sealing its surface with flaxseed oil more than once, I have not yet have had great success with all the food that I have been heating up on it. Some foods jut stick. But I am improving, as is the pan, and if it was good enough for all those folks obliged to use it in the past, I know it will come right in the end. Worth trying.

Good griddle. Quite heavy. The first one order went astray but a replacement arrived quickly.

Great for cooking eggs

Brilliant item, am now making welsh cakes, american pancakes and drop scones to my hearts content. Also makes a mean naan bread if you can find a suitable lid to keep the steam in.

we had been looking for griddle pan we could use on ceramic hob, this is ideal and we are very pleased.

My dad loves this griddle, says it's great for scotch pancakes, but the short handle does get very hot. I think you can get handle covers, might be worth looking for one when you buy the griddle.

This is one of my favourite Pans for making my Girdle Scones. Welsh Cakes. Pancakes. My Mum had one similar to this years ago.
