Good quality, rated 15A at 110V
This adapter allows you to plug a regular power or extension cord into a computer power cable. Not a common requirement, but when you need it, this adapter gets the job done. Other adapters are rated for 10A, but this gives you a full 15A at 110V. Seems well built.

Just what you need to connect regular US power cords to IEC power strips
Keep one of these in your laptop bag or data center toolkit. Will save the day when you need to plug in your laptop charger or a monitor into the IEC connectors typically used on datacenter rack power strips. Just be aware that the IEC power strip is likely 220-240 volts, not the 110-120 used on normal US power outlets, so make sure anything you plug into the adapter is rated for the higher voltage in order to avoid destroying your device and risking a fire.

Esential Item for any DMX lighting
This allowed me to reuse an exisitng power cable and cut my power connections down to 1 power source on my lighting tower.. Great item.. Bought an extra as a backup in case I loose one.
