These are horrible. I bought them for my 6 year old, who loves those little plastic design iron beads. I figured she could do these without my help since they just fuse with water. Surprise! These don't fuse at all. We created three different designs, which was both frustrating and fun. Then we spritzed them with water and waited an hour. Then we had to spritz them again and wait again because they didn't seem like they would hold very well. Again and again we sprayed them and let them sit. They do fuse, but if you handle them they will start falling apart. Good luck trying to use any of the keychain accessories or any other accessories provided. The second I tried making a keychain the beads split at the seam. Total waste of money. ** updating to say that apparently you have to let them sit at least 48 hours before they harden. That said, there is still no way you could make a keychain or any other functional item with these things. Also if they are too wet they will get stuck to the tray and the backside will look awful.

I wanted to respond to a previous review on this item. These are not perler beads. These are not meant to be ironed and should not come with protective sheets. These are water fused beads akin to Beedos. They stick together by getting sprayed with water.This product is priced to be a much better value than beedos or any other competitor in a big box store or even when I see a similar product at Ross. This will give you the most bang for your buck. However, the packaging is not pretty. It will probably not make for a good birthday present. All of the beads are packaged in several transparent bags. If that doesn’t bother you, then I recommend this item over picking up a similar item at Wal Mart. You will get way more beads.

These are not beads, they are tiny little balls that are difficult to pick up, impossible to organize on the sheet. The set comes without the paper needed to insulate from steamer. So even with the hardest efforts it’s not possible to complete a project. Very disappointing for my artistic child who was waiting for this activity.. this whole thing went straight to trash after miserably failed attempt

These beads are so cute my grand daughter will love them for Christmas. Packaging is great and individual sections for each color. I read the instructions and they seem to be real user friendly!!!

My little one had a the greatest time doing little animal beads. I did have to supervise her but nonetheless we both enjoyed it!

My daughter asks for this toy, but it does spilt everywhere in the house.

It is a great time killer toy for my son. He is absorbed in it to make a colorful car! Good gift to kids.
