Best one in the Amish Country lineup!
I bought the Amish Country sampler pack, which comes with 10 different types of popcorn, and this one was my favorite out of all of them. Definitely had the best popcorn flavor (doesn't even need salt or butter or anything). It pops in a medium sized diameter, and is soft and tender, with slightly more crunchiness than the white version. Very little hull noted, and all kernels pop every time. Had to get the big bag. Non-GMO (as are all popcorn kernels from what I researched). Doesn't say it's certified organic anywhere in the ad or on the packaging, but I'm pretty sure they don't use pesticides because I can't taste them/it doesn't make me feel weird/bad like Orville Redenbacher does. Our new popcorn brand
We really liked this popcorn! We air popped and the popcorn was light and fluffy. They weren't as fluffy as those GMO versions full of chemicals, but good quality and taste.

Not much different than plain old popcorn.
Someone I know was raving about how great puple popcorn was, so I figured I buy it for treat. Direct taste comparison of this with local supermarket brand ... maybe slightly better ... or just a bit different. Nothing wrong at all with this popcorn, fine quality, glad to support a small?? business. But, not worth the price to me. Will not be buying again. Do not regret the purchase. Buy and try for yourself and make your own judgement call ... everyones taste is different
