I reckon it would work better for someone that doesnt live alone. It's hard to figure out exactly how it goes on, and even harder when your alone. Didnt come with any paperwork to show how to use, or adjust

It works! I haven’t worn it as long as I should to really see a difference, but hopefully in the long run I will see a difference.

I bought this after being in physical therapy for back issues. Some related to posture.. I was happy with it. It defiantly holds shoulders back for better posture. Make sure to use the arm padding it comes with and use as directed. 15 minutes or so at a time until you get used to it. I only got to use it about a week because it burned along with our home in the Camp Fire. I will buy it again from this seller when we get settled. I got what was advertised. Fast shipping.

I liked this product - it does really help to pull your shoulders back and help adjust your spine. It helped to ease my upper back pain I had while sitting at my desk all day at work.

A little hard to adjust and not the most comfortable under the arms but it certainly does work!

A great idea for a product, but ultimately did not stay in place for more than a few minutes. It can’t help correct posture if it’s in the wrong place.
