I have had this issue on my scalp that started as a small bump, I thought it was a big bite but it turned out to be an infected follicle. It would bleed a little on my pillow and sometimes leak a small amount of pus, nothing too scary so I never went to the doctor. I changed shampoos and soaps and stop using pomade and it got a little better but never fully went away. Every now and then it would bleed just a little when I scratched my head, it itched quite a bit at night which I took to mean it was healing. It wasn't until I was at a barber shop when he noticed the small spot on my head and suggested this product. Said that his friends had used it with amazing results. It was impossible to find besides on amazon, but once I received the product within 2 days the spot has completely healed and not come back. I used it twice a day for a couple of weeks and now use it a couple times a week. I always get really short haircuts and my wife is amazed that the spot is completely healed. I highly recommend this product. I also use it on my face as I used to get a lot of ingrown hairs and razor bumps. It has a menthol type of smell that fades quickly, it is not greasy at all and actually feels good when applying.

I have had a sore spot on my scalp for ages that just would not heal. After using this treatment, it has dried up and will be gone once the scab falls off. Was pleasantly surprised that this actually worked. I assumed it was just snake oil. Glad to be wrong!
