It is a great product
Exactly as advertised. This is a perfect fit for a 2005 era Chevy Avalanche 1500 2WD. Make sure you buy some red grease for the universals and the shaft. It makes install easier. Well made and balanced. No more vibration in my truck at 30 to 40 MPH or at 60+ MPH.

Works as it should... direct swap
Taking the old one out was harder than putting this one in. Good fit. Seems fine after 300+ miles. Time will tell.

Easy install, perfect fit.
This project was very easy for me. It took me about 20 minutes total. It was easy to line up with the bolts and tighten them down and have had no problems with it so far. Have not had to use it in four-wheel drive yet so I don't know about the durability and will update if needed. It is important to know that they do not come with the bolts. I used the ones that came off the old one.

Not as described
The driveshaft I received was not the length described in the listing. Replacement is on the way but it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered the first item.

Vibrates and noisey after a few days
This front drives haft was great fir the first 2 days. After that it got loud and it definitely vibrated. It came with sealed U joints, and it sure seems like theres no grease in them. For a temporary unit, its fine. But long term I wouldn't recommend. I ran it for 7 months thru winter and was happy to remove it once spring hit. Id spend more and get one elsewhere if youre looking for long term usage.
