Great for small spaces!
Pretty awesome little camera for automotive work. I was able to show these to my customer & prove there was camlobe damage due to lack of oil changes &/or clogged oil galleries.

Great Product
I loved the endoscope once Iwas able to read the directions for use, but once past that I was able to retrieve a long lost engagement ring that was lost between floors with only an 1" round whole for access. Please make the instructions larger.

Not bad after you get it setup.
The app is the hardest part to get setup. Here is how I got it to work...1- Turn on the camera.2- Go to your wifi settings ON THE PHONE.3- Disconnect from your wifi network by selecting "Jetion_some combination of letters and numbers". Example, mine was "Jetion_60a521b0" and enter the password "12345678"4- Once connected open the app and you should see the camera image. If you do, go to step 5.5- Go into app settings and enter the same "wifi" info. Make sure to click the "modify" settings to save them then click the back button to exit. The app will not store the "password" or find your SD card but it doesn't seem to matter.

Epstein Didn’t KILL Himself
Works great everywhere I use it unlike the cameras in Epstein’s prison cell.

Good 6.25mm Semi-Rigid Endoscope Without Useful Accessories
Endoscope works nicely and as advertised. Good LED brightness range. Interestingly, it can provide a blurry focus of items ten feet or further away. Not great, but if you are using this to determine if there is a clog at a distance down a pipe, it might be adequate for a qualitative determination. Even with bright illumination, camera exposure duration appears to be a sizable fraction of a second, so a steady hand is a must. In some awkward locations I found it necessary to use both hands to hold camera steady while my assistant operated the shutter release.Accessories are of little value because they are made to fit a 5.5mm O.D. device. Most of the body of this product is 5.5mm, but the head where one slips the attachment on is 6.25mm (0.25 inch). To use any of the accessories, the back of the slip-ring must be cut so the I.D. can be opened to fit the endoscope head. However, this makes the accessory loose and easily misaligned.Mirror accessory reflective surface is too small due to the 60-degree wide angle of the camera. As such it only fills about 30-50% of the camera's field of view. Furthermore, if the LED is used, it produces a bright reflection off the edges of the undersized mirror that causes the auto-brightness camera/software to make the image too dark to see.

Total Trash do NOT buy.
Total trash.Manufacturing error makes it to where if you ever charge it then it will break quickly. Only had it for a little while before it broke, took me some time to get around to opening it and when I did I notices that the charging port was completely detached. The only thing holding in the charging port was the micro solder that is used to transfer power. When electricity moves through it, it will obviously heat up and become brittle. Why would anyone make it like this unless they intended for it to break in the first place?

WIFI problems and NO SUPPORT
Firstly; The instructions are written in "ChingLish" (my term for Chinese English).I somehow managed to change the NETWORK SSID to my own network. And it worked ok for at least a day.NOW, however, IT WILL NOT CONNECT. Pressing the "Reset" button does absolutely nothing.I cannot get the network name back to the factory setting no matter what I do.I can't even tell you how many iterations I've tried.Entering every "password" I could think of, including the default "12345678".Held down the reset button for various lengths of time from 5 seconds to several minutes rebooting the WIFI BOX after each time. Still, the network SSID remains the one I typed in and NOT the original "Jetion_xxxxxxxx"My wife got this for me back in October of 2018 and it is now February of 2019 so my return window has closed.I'm at my witts end and cannot use the thing at all. What a waste of money.

Looking for something better
The good: Not much to say really. The bad:1. The scope does not hold its own weight. You cannot maneuver horizontally or vertically upward without it bending and becoming impossible to probe in those directions. I guess if you are only looking to scope things in a downward direction, it "may" work for you. But even then.....the scope won't conform to a shape and stay that way.2. The picture quality is horrendous. Nothing HD about it.3. The instruction manual is not great. Took a while to figure out what they were saying to do.The biggest problem though is that the scope needs a stiffer flex so you can go horizontal or upward and still have some flex to make it do the job.

Works badly and when it works, can't even do 640x480 and is very blurry
So I thought, maybe because I spend a couple of dollars on an endoscope, and get garbage, I should buy a better, higher quality endoscope from a reputable place like Amazon, with better specifications. Bad idea. All I got was junk at ten times the price. Once I figured out how to get this going, because it's hidden in the fine print of a 22 page booklet, I realized it can't do full HD like it advertises. It can't even do 640x480. ALL of the images are grainy, bad quality and very blurry. It can't focus up close either. This endoscope is junk. I've had worse for $5, but I've had better for $5 too, and this cost ten times that amount. Don't be fooled. It's not 1080P. Not even close. Just an overpriced piece of junk with a camera that hasn't got the pixels it claims. I feel cheated. Amazon, you can take this one back. See the "Full HD" image I uploaded to Amazon (of the instruction notes) - Best image I could get of it. It's a square piece of paper BTW - so they don't even fix the aspect ratio. Very disappointed customer.

Very nice customer service and the produce
The media could not be loaded. Device would not turn on unless it is connected to the power. I have contacted bluefire, let's see what they say, if they fix this it's a five-star itemInitially i had bad experience with app not changing resolution (it wouldn't change even though it said SUCCESS) but after a bit of playing around it worked.Very nice quality. Attached video is inside room cooler and then medicine drawerEDIT: They helped me by sending another piece that worked perfectly. Happy with the purchase

Barely just works and has the dumbest setup implementation of any device i own in my lived reality.
When i read the reviews and people said the picture sucked i thought they were just snobs who wanted it to look amazing, i was wrong - it truly is bad. its enough to see inside your ears or household pipes or whatever you're using it for though, barely. - it has 'battery life' of about 5 minutes or less until you plug it into a micro usb - eventually you'll give up using it wireless altogether and just plug it in when you want to use it - the worst element of this device is you have to download a poorly made app that it exclusively works with on your smart phone/device - this app only works when you connect your device to the wifi network that the device broadcasts when its turned on which has a weird name - the password is found within the user manual and if you loose the paper manual and your smart phone device didn't save the password for the 'wifi' the device broadcasts, this product would be bricked without that password. So, if anyone reading this could post a picture of the user manual that would be great lol. anyone in cyber security should consider this thing nightmare fuel basically, this is the most cooked thing i own.but does it work? yeah just, barely.

Works as advertised, very useful
I used this product to do some cabling work at my house. It was very helpful to explore the wall cavities and roof void to re-route new and existing cabling. I like that this is wireless and the Android app works fine. The video quality is reasonable, not fantastic, but certainly clear enough for my purposes. The built-in light is quite bright. The semi-rigid neck is long and useful, it can be taped to other more rigid accessories if required. I didn't like that my phone doesn't want to use WiFi networks that don't have internet. You connect to this device over WiFi so my phone would disconnect unless I forced it to stay on the camera's network. All up I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Does the job very well, instructions could be better
Very happy with this. Have used to inspect up noses, inside walls, down toilets (after the noses, obviously). Got it for my dad - he needed a little help getting it set up, the instructions could be easier, but it does the job well. Picture quality doesn’t quite seem 1080p but we don’t really need it to be, and it has saved drilling into some pipes. Very happy.
