ABekas books are my daughter's favorite! We like that they are illustrated, clearly explained, and have a spiritual focus. You cannot go wrong with ABeka. And this company is nice to work with.

Abeka is pretty advanced but a great curriculum. If you are pulling your child out of public school and they are going to use Abeka for the first time, you may want to consider working through the 4th or 5th grade book first. Otherwise your child may be completely lost especially when it comes to sentence diagramming. Abeka can make your child have all the tools needed to know how to write. A lost art for most students.

granted I have saved alot of money buying used books and am most grateful but kinda hard to teach my children properly when the first seven lessons are missing.. PLEASE be HONEST when posting used items for sale so the buyer is fully aware of what they are getting. The book is in great condition other than the first seven lessons MISSING. Honesty goes along way. I wish more people would just tell the whole truth.
