I ordered the wrong size socks. I did an Amazon return and had my refund the next day. I also may have included a package of socks that did not get accounted for upon return of the items - may have been my error? I contacted the dealer to see if they could check for the item upon return of the package? They responded the next day with a detailed message on what they could do and not do and why or why not. They also provided me with easy information and instructions on what I could do to try and resolve my issue further. Instead of just going through the motions of making a sale, I felt they genuinely cared, listened and aided me in resolving my issue. I buy at least 3 packages (4 pair/pack) of socks from this company every year. Their product is high quality and I will reiterate - Customer Care is superb! I am salute Lee love the socks. I have use them for both my kids and they fit well, my kids are always excited to put them on because of the cute designs that they have, and the no slip dots on the bottom keep my kids safe. The loops are awesome for teaching the kids to get dressed and I highly recommend the socks to everybody!

These socks are great and vibrant! They are pretty expensive for what you are getting and the fit is a little small. They did help my son when he was learning how to dress himself. Now he puts on regular socks with ease.

2 year old grandson liked them, and was able to put them on himself! They seem to be sturdy.

Es la segunda vez que compro este tipo de calcetines. A mi hijo no le gustan los tobilleros y estos no lo son pero tampoco muy largos. Se los pone muy bien. Y tienen calidad. Ya tenemos los de robot y estos de animales.

Sono carini e con dei bei colori come da foto, non sono di spugna ma semplice cotone consistente per cui se devono essere utilizzati per camminare scalzi in casa, meglio non in pieno inverno! Lavati più volte e non hanno fatto difetti

Je recherchais des chaussettes sans coutures sur le dessus du pied pour mon fils de 5 ans et demi que cela gêne beaucoup : ces chaussettes sont parfaites! Sans couture, donc, elles ont également un design très sympa et ont l'air d'assez bonne qualité. Mon fils a également aimé le principe des petites anses sur les côtés qui aident à l'enfilage. Le prix est correct. Je vais en commander d'autres et vais en faire tout un stock!
