Defective product !!!
They came in a plastic bag the bag was tour had holes in it in the boots were crushed.

Heel broke
Thought they were cute. Put them on stood up and the heel broke immediately. Not durable at all. They said I could get a refund but had to pay return shipping charge. Not happy with this one at all.

Look and feel cheap
They are not at all what I expected. The imitation leather is cheap, and I didn't realize that the bands around the boots are rhinestones, which I really don't like. I did wear them as part of my Halloween costume, but I doubt I will wear them much otherwise.

CHEAP Quality - literally plastic looking!!
Not only were they very cheap looking (plastic and you could see the glue), but they were literally shipped in a bag. I didn't even try them on so can't respond to the fit. I did request to return these and in my surprise, was given a full refund immediately and told to keep the product (I have sense given the boots to the Good Will).

SCAMMERS ! DO NOT BUY!
Horrible quality! I ordered size 10/11 and they came in a size 6, the boots are deformed and very thin material with creases and indents all over the top and sides. The decorative straps around the ankle are not attached to the boot at all, I attempted to return the boots and the seller was only willing to refund me $13 ! I paid $32.99 plus $13 shipping! This has to be a scam. Do NOT buy from this seller.

CUTE BUT CHEAP

Nice but to big
I think they are cute but way bigger than any shoe I have order. I wear thin sock so always order a 7.5. They are very loose. I got the black heel boot. I also got the knee high brown low heel lace up the back boot in a 7 and they are too big in the shoe part but to tight in the calf I do not have big calf and my foot is measured at 23 cm and calf at 35 cm.

***uodate***Been a fight to get a full refund. I would avoid buying anything from this seller or product madeProduct was received in poor condition. Rhinestones coming unglued, studs was popping out, stitching wasn't done all way. Their suggestion for a return was we will give you a 40% return, we need you to pay for return shipping for our faulty product. I will not recommend nor buy any product from this seller again. They won't work with you on refunding at all. Stay away from this seller
