Bramble and Maggie: Snow Day (Candlewick Sparks) Paperback – Illustrated, October 17, 2017

Bramble and Maggie books are some of my students' very favorites. I have one student who asks me "Are there more yet?" regularly. They are sweet and the illustrations are lovely. This series is so much better than the usual easy readers and I should know as a reading tutor I read easy readers with my students all day, every day!

My second purchase in this lovely series of books about the relationship of a girl & her pony. Lovely story & illustrations, perfect gift for a six to seven year old who loves horses.

My daughter loves her books from this series. She loves horses so this was an easy choice. At nearly 6, she is a keen reader, these books have chapters and easy to follow stories but they have pictures too so they are a good bridge between stages
