THE BEST REPLACEMENT FOR CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM EVER! I have Diabetes 2. My constant craving for chocolate ice cream and not being able to have any🥹 was like living in HELL!!😫 There is NOT ONE SINGLE SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH!! I've searched high and low. There are sugar free popcicles but NO SUGAR FREE I CREAM at my grocery store (Safeway)The best I could find were the "No ADDED sugar" brands. There is "Fat free" ice cream. I tried freezing sugar free chocolate pudding once. Oh my stars. It turned into this gelatinous gunk that looked gross and the taste was DISGUSTING!🤢One day an idea came to me and I tried it and let me tell you...EUREKA!!!I FOUND IT!!! This is the best sugar free chocolate ice cream I've EVER TASTED! I wish I could patent it but I can't because it's made with an already patented product I can't..(but I tried) So... I'll just keep sharing this recipe with anybody who has to monitor their sugar intake. This stuff is MAGICAL!! This made breaking up with Ben and Jerry possible!! Ok.. here you go. Let the cool whip thaw just a little bit so it's soft enough to whip. Empty the cool whip into a medium mixing bowl. Add about 3 Tblspn of Unsweetened Coco Powder - mix in the powder SLOWLY or you'll have Coco powder all over you and your counter. When all the powder is incorporated, taste it to see if you want to add a packet or 2 of Equal. I prefer 2. Then just a tiny pinch if salt. And then......WHIP IT GOOD!!!! When it looks good, pour it back into the cool whip container and freeze it. There are SO MANY variables with this! Pour it into to cup cake tins. Add popsicle sticks and you've got Lil mini fudgecicles! Freeze it in ice cube trays to cool down hot Coco. I promise. This stuff is SO DELICIOUS!

Used this in trifle recipe with French vanilla pudding mix packet. Delicious!!!

Good choice ! I made apple pie and this creamy cool whip topped it perfect. I also give my dog pup cup treats and this is safe for her.
