does this product contain sugar?

I’m looking at the label as I write this. “Total sugar content 65g per 100g.” Yes, sugar is the first ingredient of 6 (peach is the second) listed on the jar. But no, it does not taste particularly sweet.

Does baking the preserve affect the taste presence of the Prosecco? Has anyone tried it in baking?

There is very little prosecco flavor in the preserves. Have not tried baking with this but it's lovely on ice cream.
