Subtle depth
I'm worth the extra dollars. I care about the taste and this has more depth than the standard american version of Kikkoman soy sauce.Tastes fantastic with sushi. I would like to take a small bottle with me to restaurants.

Surprisingly very good taste!
I was looking for a good quality fermented unpasturized shoyu sauce and I found this. I then went on their website and read all about the company and the reviews here too and I decided to order this, alongside with their unpasturized aged miso. I am very impressed, now I am looking at their other products. I would highly recommend if anyone wants to have a raw shoyu which taste very good, raw with all the beneficial enzymes and bacteria, you only need a small amount as it is very salty. Yes, I know the sodium content is high but I do not consume a lot of processed foods, only occasionally and in small amounts so there is where most sodium in people's diet come from. Because it is not pasturized, I only add it after my food is cooked or slightly cooled, like miso.
