Amazing
I never needed them for the intended purpose as I ended up having a c-section but not wanting to waste them and suffering with postnatal back pain I decided to use them on my back and they helped massively.These are more like a cold liquid so you don’t need to worry about cold burns. They are nicely padded offering a bit of cushioning down below and well padded for the post natal bleeding. Last a good couple of hours. Very expensive for what they are but a much needed relief for post partum discomfort.

Poor Quality
I bought two of these, the first leaked on me and when you read what’s in it I then spent half an hour washing it off but still got a skin rash from the fluids that leaked out. The second didn’t leak but was useless and didn’t get cold at all. Waste of money, stick to the reusable ones you put in the freezer.

Too big
Too big to fit this... I couldn't sit wearing this. Also for me it didn't help with pain either
