No it does not, however I cut a slit in the mouth area of the mask and it did provide a little more realism

I have a head circumference of about 25” with my hair, could this go over my head without it being too snug?

I have long thick hair and I put it in a bun and mask still was loose on my head. I don't know my head circumference, so I guess it should be okay. It was a hit when I was him about 4 years ago.
