I received my pistachios in less than 24 orders and was therefore delighted .... until I opened the box. The pistachios were packed inside a self tied knotted plastic bag - not sealed in any way and no label was included. I immediately opened the bag to transfer the nuts into separate Glad baggies so I could weigh them on a kitchen scale and found they weighed less than 10 lbs by a few ounces. I then tasted them and found them to be stale and also some were actually mushy. The advertisement for them said they were very close in taste to nuts from Iran - this was totally untrue. I sat down and wrote the company and at that point noticed they were not returnable. i was really appalled. This was a total shock considering the circumstances of the whole order. This is not what I expect from Amazon and am sorely disappointed in their selection of this company as sellers. This is a terrible way to treat long term buyers or any buyers for that matter. Although you receive a good amount of these pistachios, they are smaller than any other pistachios that I've had. They are also a little too salty for my taste but I'm sure for many others it will be a good amount of salt. I've weaned myself off of most salt. I rated flavor low cause of the saltiness. The flavor of the pistachios themselves is fine.

I was a little hesitant at first, and that's the reason I only bought 3, but they turned out to be good and fresh, roasted and salted to perfection. A small percentage are unopened, but almost all sellers have those. The price went up since... but I did o ahead and bought 4 more bags of 2.5 lbs at the higher price. I recommend them.

I love these pistachios, they are my favorite. If you have never tried these, please do you will never go back to the one's you buy in the store.

We ordered these for Christmas to put into goodie bags to add to our gift baskets. More people contacted us asking about these pistachios than anything else.

I thought the price was good for the amount received, but I do wish they had a tad more salt and a little stronger flavor. I keep searching for that incredible flavor I remember as a kid, and I've yet to really find it. Maybe it no longer exists?!

3-4 time I had ordered the same exact product in less than a year.This is the first time the nuts arrived stale.I had liked the product, but stale is stale…Usually a fantastic product, and the nuts are better than most other brands ( and I have tried many).I didn’t even mind that the price had nearly doubled over the past year, because I thought the quality was worth it - Sadly, this bag ended up being tossed out.

the pistacios were all small and very hard to open. i tried to return but there are no returns. Very sad that Amazon would carry this inferior quality
