I am a 57 year old fit man, but for over 10 years I have suffered from sharp pain shooting from the tip of my second toe straight up my foot if I wore anything but the loosest and widest shoe. I saw a podiatrist who said that my 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones were close together and therefore the narrow space between the bones impinged the nerve. I have tried orthotics, gabapentin and NSAIDS with only minimal relief.theses toe separators have completely done the trick. I was even able to wear my dress shoes all day at work and didn't have any pain. This simple product has changed my life.I have been a nurse for over 30 years and have healthy skepticism regarding most claims, but this one is for real. Thank you for this product. I will definitely be reordering, because I never want to be without a pair.

I've had chronic ball of foot and nerve pain so much that I've had a few cortisone shots but much of the pain remains. I was told by my podiatirst that my feet are bony and my metatarsals are very close together. Some of the problem is genetic and some has been caused by my stupidity of wearing poor fitting or too small shoes for over 40yrs. When I where these I notice the pain subsides if not completely disappears. I'm more aware of the toe box of shoes now & have gone up a half size (something I should've done years ago). These little pieces of rubbery whatever fit in most shoes and if they don't I rethink my choice of shoes. I actually forget I'm wearing them and have been able to walk around my home barefoot without pain which is a small miracle. I'm so glad I listened to the many positive reviews and gave them a try.

I would recommend these to anybody starting out . I love the softness, comfortability, and comfort in the gentle separation it gives to the big and second toe. They slide off my 4th toe; I guess I have Lil piggies. They are so comfortable I might just cut the last loop off. They’re definitely comfortable enough to wear all day inside comfortable shoes.I own the original yoga ties, which are too thick for my feet, and they hurt. These are a million times more comfortable. You can definitely wear them all day.

Really help for separating toes. I have RA and these have been so helpful for my crooked toes

I was so glad to find these. They're soft and help my hammer toes feel better when I walk. They're comfortable in my shoes. I put lotion on my toes to help them slide on. To take them off, I grab my toes at the base, all toes at once, as if I'm going to pull my toes out, grasp the toe spreader and gently pull it off, all sections at once. This way I don't yank it by sections and stress it too much. It will last longer.

These can be worn with shoes, during yoga, etc.Soft, comfortable.Be careful how you remove them. The natural trade off with the comfort is that they need to be treated more gently. This is not a downside

These toe rings keep my hammer toes from gripping and doing damage and pain to my toes. Great relief! I was so surprised they fit in my shoes. It took no time at all to get used to them. Pain free!

The only ones I could find that weren’t too stiff but would flex with my toes a little to make it comfortable. Buying another pair.
