Pleased with Product and Seller's Help
Installed this to power a 12 volt DC fan in connection with a 120 volt AC power to a PID controller. It does the trick. Also, Seller got it to me based on the listed delivery schedule when ordered and not the two-plus months delivery window shown when Amazon acknowledged my order.

Works great, but I don’t know why the connection prongs lacking
I am sure I must be using this in some way that it was not intended. I don’t understand two things- first why not label which side is 12V and which is 120v? I had to search on-line to find out. The two leads that are closest to each other are 12v, with the two further apart being 120v. Sort of intuitive? Second, I was able to connect to the nub of the prongs using solder and wire, but it was TEDIOUS. Why can’t the leads be longer? I am still giving 4 stars because I think these nubs must be a standard or something? Maybe great for a breadboard, but not for hard wiring.

Monitors amperage draw on a 30A PID controller.
Useful to see how much or when your PID controller is on. Hac the wrapped coil that measures amps as well.
