Good binoculars for the price

Unsatisfied
I received this product and immediately noticed that the compass didn't work--and it fell out. Also one of the lenses cannot be focused in,--it won't turn at all. If I wanted a telescope, having to look through one eye, would have ordered one!

Great for the price
These binoculars are excellent for a casual user that doesn't want to spend a large amount of money on their binoculars. Works well in all light conditions. These must be focused according to the instructions due to their high power.

These binoculars were a real disappointment. They did not ever focus.

Bad Service
The order shipped and was stalled in California UPS for almost a week. Once the package actually arrived I was extremely disappointed to find the wrong item was shipped to me. When I called, I was told I had to e-mail through Amazon. I had to e-mail back and forth and the correct item was shipped... and it took the same amount of time to arrive (now it's taken over 2 weeks for this 1 item). The item should have been shipped expedited the second time.
