For INR 700 these are just about reasonably priced considering what they offer. The vibrating motor is not the strongest but is adequate. Will help ease sore or aching muscles.The packaging was very shabby. Almost felt like a pre-used & re-boxed item with the box being covered in scotch tape & even torn on one side (see images attached). After I cut through the tape, the contents include the main unit with a tiny cord dangling from one side, a long velcro strap belt, and a power adaptor with an unusually short power cord. I mean you literally have to sit next to a power point to get this working - let along sitting on a chair or lying on a bed while using this.The strap is useful but feels long when using on arms, calves & thighs.For lower / upper back, abdomen etc the belt is long enough & does not cause itching. The unit itself is not that big or heavy Its lightweight. Strap hooks let you pass the straps through the unit or rather under it & then strap it on to that body part.I do wish the motor was a bit more powerful & the cord was longer. It does relax the muscle & provide comfort. Should work fine for the majority of people. But if you are an athlete or into serious sports - I suggest you spend more & get a more powerful device. I tried using it post workout on legs days to speed up recovery & relax sore muscles - it too inordinately long to get any sort of relief.But for 700rs , there is little to complain. I am certain that this will be helpful for old or middle aged people with muscle aches.

Good massage, can be used comfortably while doing some other work in sitting posture. On the whole a good instrument for abdominal exercise.thank u so much amazonusing high recommend
