The price absolutely justifies the luxury.
The first thing you'll noticed when you open the box is how nice and sleek it feels to have bought that thing. The first thing you'll notice when you open that sachet is the smell. The godly smell of some good coffee, similar to what you'd smell in a good coffee place. I tried the drip coffee machine for it, and it was an absolute pleasure to have one cup of this amazing coffee. You can feel the robust taste and how it tingles your senses. I have not one thing bad to say about the thing. I've never seen something so aptly priced, even though at first glance you might think it's a tad expensive. It isn't. It's a perfect price for the Indian market and it's a luxury price I'm ready to pay.The smell alone speaks for it. And I've had way too many coffees to know good from bad.Buy it. For heaven's sake. And treat yourself for once.

Not good at all
This is a really useless product, high in price and very poor in quality. Doesn't matter how much you use, it is impossible to make a strong cup of coffee using this product in a french press. The product is neither good in aroma nor in taste.

Its a good coffee. Go for it.
Only if you have a French press this coffee is amazing, tastes amazing.

One of the best coffees on e-shelves
I have been drinking ground coffee for over a year and I used to have just 1 favorite. That changed when I stumbled upon this. The roast delivers just the right strength, bitterness, and aroma. All you need is a dash of milk. This brand doesn't have a drying effect on your mouth.I knocked off 1 star because the zip lock on the pack was broken and I had to transfer the contents to a tupperware. For a coffee this expensive and premium, I am surprised the makers didn't pay attention to the zip lock.Edited July 15, 2024: My latest order was the worst. The coffee was fine ground almost to a clay like consistency. This made the coffee machine struggle with passing hot water through the compacted coffee powder. Coffee would take 2x - 3x longer to brew and I'd get a cup less than the water I added. Finally, I realized that the key to make the process smoother is to not compact the coffee, but it affects the brew. I also DM-ed their instagram page, but they never replied. Never buying again.

Surprisingly good!
I have to admit i was a bit skeptical before the purchase, but after i brewed it, n adjusted the brewing time to perfection (6.5 mins as per my liking via immersion method), i was really surprised, n in a good way, i must admit. It has the body, the aroma, the caffeine content n everything that u could expect from a coarse ground coffee product.N most importantly it cost me 290, but it definitely puts up a fair competition against any of those brands that cost around 350-400/ 250 gms.I would definitely purchase it again. N they should introduce more options under the same sub-brand of Teddt Roosevelt.

Aromatic, Delicate, User-friendly
I am a real coffee afficiando and have tried many different varieties from different shops and online stores, including specialized coffee websites. I came upon this brand purely by chance. I tried both the instant and the filter varieties. This is really good coffee. Also very elegantly packaged! Convenient because it comes in separate pouches, measured for exactly one serving. Also because one does not have to open a single container repeatedly, the flavour remains intact for longer. Very highly recommended to coffee lovers.

Good packaging, bad coffee
I must say i was terribly disappointed with the coffee. It had a rather strong, harsh taste - unlike a medium roast arabica - and yet the decoction was rather watery. The grind size seemed pretty okay - no problem with that aspect. For the record I used a tried and tested moka pot to brew the coffee which normally gives good results as compared to my traditional south Indian filter.I bought this because i liked the concept of individually packed sachets, and because i enjoy trying out different types of coffees. The packaging is excellent, which raises your expectations about the quality of the coffee. The coffee beans in the box were a nice touch. I didn't stop to check the date of packaging which may have been mentioned on the small label stuck to the polythene covering on the box. However, the images on the box itself does not state the price, date of packaging or where the coffee was sourced from, not even whether it is 100% arabica - all of which is pretty weird i think. Whereas the second image shows the product details - don't know if i am missing the label.I've tried the coffees from Baarbara Berry, many of the Blue Tokai single estates and the Flying Squirrel blends, local blends from Mysore Concerns and Philips etc. I would rate this lowest. Maybe my expectations were too high.Don't know if the rave reviews are for the instant version - it is possible. I rated it with two stars, one star for the packaging, and one for the sachets. Over-hyped coffee. Coffee lovers, stay away.

No aroma and no taste!
The coffee was packed almost 8 months ago. Packaging was not able to preserve freshness. Very bland coffee with very molassy feel. Would not buy again.
